ChatIn Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

ChatIn operates an affiliate marketing program that allows qualified individuals and entities to earn commissions by referring merchants to ChatIn's conversational AI customer support platform for Shopify stores.

By participating in the ChatIn Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Program.

To participate in the ChatIn Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

• Have a valid business registration or operate as a sole proprietor where required by law

• Maintain an active website, blog, social media presence, or other marketing channel

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

• Not engage in any activities that could damage ChatIn's reputation or brand

• Submit a complete application through our designated affiliate portal

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your marketing methods

• Await approval from ChatIn's affiliate management team

• Receive unique affiliate tracking codes and marketing materials upon approval

Affiliates earn commissions based on the following structure:

• Initial Commission: 30% of the first month's subscription fee paid by referred merchants

• Recurring Commission: 30% of monthly subscription fees for the lifetime of the merchant's active subscription

• Commission Base: Calculated on the discounted price after applying affiliate discount codes

Commissions are earned when:

• A merchant signs up for ChatIn using your unique affiliate discount code

• The merchant activates a paid subscription plan (STARTER, GROWTH, or PRO tiers)

• The merchant's payment is successfully processed by ChatIn

• The subscription remains active and in good standing

• Initial Commissions: Processed within 30 days of merchant's first successful payment

• Recurring Commissions: Processed monthly on the 1st day of each month for the previous month's activity

• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, subject to minimum payment thresholds

• Minimum Payout: $100 minimum commission balance required for payment processing

Affiliates must:

• Accurately represent ChatIn's products and services

• Use only approved marketing materials provided by ChatIn

• Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines

• Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about ChatIn

• Respect ChatIn's intellectual property rights and brand guidelines

Affiliates may not:

• Engage in spam, unsolicited email marketing, or other prohibited marketing practices

• Bid on ChatIn's trademarked terms in paid search advertising

• Create misleading or deceptive websites or landing pages

• Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other fraudulent activities

• Self-refer or create fake accounts to generate commissions

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

Upon termination:

• Affiliate's access to the affiliate portal and tracking systems will be revoked

• All outstanding commissions will be calculated and paid according to normal payment schedules

• Affiliate must cease all promotional activities and remove ChatIn branding

• Confidentiality obligations and intellectual property restrictions remain in effect

THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CHATIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChatIn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to affiliate's participation in the Program, violation of these Terms and Conditions, violation of applicable laws or third-party rights, or affiliate's marketing activities and content.
